SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days after payment is received.
Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer various shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping 
This option does not include tracking with all orders and is delivered via Canada Post First Class. A cost-effective option for non-urgent orders.

Expedited Shipping
This option includes tracking with all orders and is delivered via Canada Post Expedited Service or Premium Courier Shipping (depending on location, via Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, etc.).
 

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically, 4–10 business days (inside Canada).

  • Expedited & Premium Courier Shipping: Typically, 1–5 business days.

Please note these are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Standard Shipping: No tracking information is provided.

  • Expedited & Premium Courier Shipping: Tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at info@thecommunityfundraiser.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the extremely high cost of shipping calendars internationally, a tracking option is not currently available and must ship standard mail. 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes will be made once an order is in processing or has shipped.
